losblancos: On July the 4th 1926, one of the most important figures in Real Madrid’s history was born, the great Alfredo Di Stefano. Di Stefano signed for Real Madrid in 1953 to make his mark in the history of the Club. With Di Stefano at the side, Real Madrid won 8 out of 10 league championships, with the Argentinian finishing as the top goalscorer at the championship on five different occasions. In his amazing career he has received numerous awards and prizes from FIFA, UEFA and in Spain. Today, La Saeta Rubia turns 86, having become a symbol of Real Madrid, both at the presidency, on the bench and, above all, on the pitch. A very well deserved happy birthday to our very own “Blonde Arrow”, Alfredo Di Stefano.
